Divine and her team were wonderfully attentive and helpful. Their efforts to address a mishap early in the adoption of hearing aids went well beyond the expected. Such great care! Thanks so much!

My order for a pair of hearing aids, following a hearing test update, was processed quickly and professionally. The staff went out o their way to make sure I had them in plenty of time to get used to them before a planned trip out of town. The hearing aids were delivered on time, fitted and adjusted. They performed even better than I expected. A follow-up appointment was scheduled after my return and only minor adjustments needed. I am completely satisfied with both the product and the service. Bravo!

My elderly father recently had his hearing tested and as expected, he needed a hearing aid. Dr. Sebastian was very informative and patient with my dad. When my father had difficulties fitting the original ear bud in the proper position, we were offered the perfect solution at no cost to us. Excellent service overall

Sebastien Pilon, the audiologist, was exceptionally competent , welcoming and warm. He went the extra mile to meet my needs. His explanations were clear and complete in the three sessions I had with him.The adjustments were right on. My wife's queries were also answered to our satisfaction. He did not try to oversell but to meet my actual needs. The other staff were excellent. I had myself tested by four hearing aid companies was most satisfied with Hearing solutions and Sebastien Pilon.
