Dr. Murray was super relaxed, comedic, and made my appointment a great experience. He didn't rush the appt. like most do, and even took the time to write down book recommendations for me, based on a topic we were casually discussing. The two ladies at the front desk are also super sweet, and I love the whole vibe of the place, lots of care and thought put into it! Dr. Murray was very fair with pricing and it was abundantly clear that this is a place that prioritizes health + happiness, and not just profit. Thank you so much! :)

I went today to get my ears cleaned and it was an incredible experience. All of the reviews about Ian Murray are so bang on and now I can hear with much more clarity. I'll be going to see him regularly from now on. Be kind to your ears and go see him too. He's the perfect blend of friendly, funny, and professional.

I went to Ian Murray Hearing Centre in order to get ear wax removed, which. Dr. Murray was incredibly kind, patient, and treated me very well throughout the entire process of getting earwax removed. Making sure I was informed of what was going on at every stage and making sure I was comfortable at each stage. The staff also reciprocated the same energy. This establishment really treats people well and I could tell that by the way Dr. Murray was communicating with myself and different clients. Both the care and work provided at Ian Murray is excellent, and I could not recommend them enough if you need any of their services.

We are really happy with Murray hearing. I brought my aunt to get hearing aids, even though she was very resistant. Ian was really good with her and her worries, and had a lot of patience, especially as her English is poor and I had to translate everything. She’s been wearing them for a month and seems like a new person. We really appreciate the great service. Thanks guys!

I could not tell you how happy I was with the service at Murray Hearing Centre. I woke up one day and had no hearing in my Right ear. After reviewing comments on the Murray Hearing web site decided to give them a call. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful I was concerned about my hearing and I guess she knew it as they gave me an appointment for that day. Unbelievable. I was looked after by Isaac Murray who was able to set my mind at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He was able to tell what was wrong and he recommended a diagnosis. I was so pleased with the service and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone with a hearing problem. Excellent knowledgeable and professional service.
