at the age of 83 yrs. you likely have been exposed to many poorly run businesses. In this case while shopping for hearing assistance, that can become frustrating and confusing. After several less than great sales pitches I landed at Hearing life in Kingsville.
Surprise, surprise, friendly smiles and the pre-sales banter was enjoyable and welcomed at this stage of the game. The young lady was interested in my story and tales of my hearing difficulties.
She listened carefully and after conducting a well organised hearing test she explained my problems and offered solutions for my consideration. Her sales approach was plain and simple without pressure.
This well kept office along with very talented employees made me very comfortable. A bad day turned into a pleasant one.
