Excellent. The staff and location are great. I received a call saying they had a cancellation and if I wanted to move the date up. I could not at that time, but they called again and I was able to see them sooner than expected. That was fantastic. I went there the very next day, was seated for only a few minutes and then the exam was very quick and thorough. The hearing specialist who preformed the exam was very professional and caring. I highly advise this company.

Jordanne, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, was very nice. She wrote a letter for me to bring to my work and I received it the very same day. Amazed at how quickly I had the letter.

Very friendly and professional staff. No serious hearing loss but decided to do the hearing test just to "see where I'm at." Before my appointment I was a bit leary that I would be told I "need" hearing aids (so a sale would be made). But this was not the case at all. Christine was very sincere and honest in her evaluation and explained while I have a bit of hearing loss hearing aids at this stage would be more of a con than a pro. She encouraged me to keep monitoring so that when the time comes I will feel comfortable with the process and the pros will then over-ride the cons. I have heard of too many people who get hearing aids that end up in their closets!
