Hearing Life offered free hearing tests at the annual Zoomer Show and I took advantage of it. I am in my early 70's and wanted a baseline assessment for comparison in the future. Although free, Hearing Life provided the same test as for a paying customer with knowledgeable and courteous service. I left with a printout of my results. They have helped me in my journey of managing my aging as well as possible. Much appreciated.

Jennifer was truly fantastic. Patient with my father, very friendly, very knowledgeable, explained all of the options. Helped him to learn how to install in properly. I would recommend her to anyone.

Good operation. Got a free hearing test, and when they realised I have tinnitus but otherwise excellent hearing, they said straight up nothing could be done for the tinnitus and a hearing aid would be useless. I love honesty, and they have it in full.

I visited their establishment on Yonge Street north of Lawrence and was treated very fairly. I received a free hearing test and as a bonus they made arrangements for me to receive a hundred air miles just for taking the test. Jennifer the technician and her secretary we're extremely polite and professional to me and I would recommend this place to anyone who perhaps has a hearing problem.

Listen Up staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed me where my hearing was weak and discussed several options with me. The devices have worked great, and I even get to answer my cell phone through the hearing aid! Great service, friendly and professional staff.
