HA. IT'S A PARKING SPOT HELIX! One of your employee's at the Wharncliffe location decided it was okay to write down my mother's license plate number just because we parked in the 'Patients Only' parking space because there was NO WHERE else to park at that time being and OF COURSE at the time she noticed our car no one was around anymore so she wrote down the nunber! My mother was already in the bank! SHE WAS GONE FOR 10 MINUTES. HELIX HAD JUST OPENED! And from the looks of thing you weren't getting much business that early anyway. Plus none of the people that were parked there where even coming out of Helix either. So don't get what the hell the problem was?? And on another note there's no law that states that we can't park there. Look it up. Ask an officer. And I guaranteed we aren't the only people to park there when there isn't another available parking space. Oh wait. WE WEREN'T.
