I think the staff is very nice and helpful and glad to go there for batteries and cleaning of hearing aid. Also have been a customer at this store for a few years now and using my second hearing aid from this location. Keep up the great work ladies.

On line it says your branch is Mansonville - not Masonville but most of the time when I drop in your staff are very helpful - and I do thank yo. Getting batteries or ends for the device is easy and I appreciate this. But at my last visit - it was because the end had come off in my ear - and although the first time this happened you retrieved it - this time it was stick to mu ear drum and I was recommended to go to my family doctor - and they too failed but sent me to out patients at St Josephs Hospital - Care Dept - they couldn't flush it out so went to the ENT dept and the doc had it out in seconds (He had a stand alone bright light. The hospital is close to your facility - it would have been wiser to send me straight there instead of me traipsing around to the docs in the west and back to the city center to St Joes!! Thanks anyway for your kind attention
