The staff has always been friendly and courteous in the 5 years since I've been going there. My warranty, unfortunately expires next month and I do not see a way of purchasing new hearing aids in the future. With that said, I will use their services for batteries, wax cleaners, and cleaning. My hope is to maintain them for as long as I can with their help, to avoid the troubles of life without hearing aids....

The audiologist was superb. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service, however, Listen Up is unable to reprogram the Siemens hearing aids bought in the US 8 years ago as the Siemens software is unavailable to them. Unfortunately I will need to go elsewhere.

Professional, courteous, sympathetic and with a sense of humour.
