The service I received at this Hearing Life centre was exemplary. I was there to replace my first pair of aids which were at the end of their life. After examining my hearing, Kelly explained my options for new aids and answered my many questions. She took time to be sure I understood the functions of the hearing aids I chose, and then put in an order for them. When they arrived, she made sure they fit properly, and set the volume to my specifications. I was given batteries and a cleaning kit, plus instructions on how to use everything. I had two follow up appointments, and am now on my way to hearing everything again, with the knowledge that I am free to ask for help if necessary. Hearing aids are very expensive, but I was pleased that there was government and other assistance for me. Consequently, I have help which is affordable. Thank you Hearing Life.

I thought having a free hearing test was a way to get me to buy hearing aids. Not once was I pressured to buy and was even encouraged to take my time and think about my decision to purchase. I feel I got the best quality in both service and product.

I was very comfortable at the office. My hearing test was actually fun. We discussed my hearing and my needs. Overall it was a good experience. I now know more about the condition of my hearing. I will definitely be going back for some follow up in the future.

Tammy McEachern is extremely efficient and very helpful and friendly and the audiologist was extremely knowledgeable. I hightly recommend this location to anyone looking for the best place to go for all your hearing needs
