No receptionist when I came in. The prices were astronomical - we shopped around for prices and we could not believe they were charging upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The tech did not discuss how they worked, what they did, different models or anything of the norm just said these ones are the best and thats all. I didn't even know the name but of course she was on the phone with insurance to get the price covered. I felt taken advantage of in regards to the pricing model and the entire service given. I would never ever recommend this place and I recommend all reading this to please shop around for stores that do not have multiple locations - it's more of corporate greed. The entire hearing aid model needs to be re-looked at and corporate head office reading this - you may as well find a new job soon! :)

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this clinic. My first contact was Rosanna T. , who is very professional, friendly and helpful. A lot of clinics don't realize how important it is to have administration like her. Now on the appointment, it ran on time and Tina L. HIS, is very competent and made me feel comfortable throughout my hearing test. Also explained the results of my test right away and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend Hearing Solutions, Square One.

My experience at Hearing Solutions was exceptionally great from beginning to end. Rose at reception was very welcoming and friendly. I felt at ease immediately . Tina Le was very thorough with my hearing test. She explained everything I needed to know about the suggested hearing aid. She gave me a quote so that I could think about the cost and plans available . I highly recommend Hearing Solutions to family and friends. Awesome customer service!!! I went for a checkup on a very nice location, was received and look after on time by Rose. Then Tina Le, the clinician, thoroughly explained the stages and purposes of the tests, showed me after the types and costs of hearing aids. Highly recommend this location. R.
