Complete rip off for my aging Father. It does not cost upwards of $4K for a set of hearing aids. The inflation on this is unbelievable. There are almost as many of these shops as there are McDonalds here in Mississauga!! Clearly its a rip off ;) What I do care about is ETHICS. I made a few more calls and had meetings and we got the exact same thing for a MUCH better price(half off and some). I beg you all to shop around. They have hanged from "Listen Up" due to regulations that were put in place from the Government making sure all locations had a Hearing Technologist present as prior they had 10 locations and one tech would manage all. Please stay far, far away from these money hungry people.

Update since my review. I did finally talk to somebody at head office. Sonia got in touch with me. She was very professional and sorted everything out for me. They will be getting me new custom earbuds. I really appreciate it. I have received terrible service from this company. I purchased custom earbuds for my headphones. First off, the reception is not the friendliest (maybe they had a bad day). You have to give them your headphones to send away. I gave them really nice expensive headphones. They didn't tell me they wouldn't work at the time I gave them to them. Fine, so I had to purchase new ones and send them again. When I picked up my original ones they didn't work, and now that it was a couple weeks later, I had to rush to pick them up the day before my trip down South. I was very excited to try them out. My excitement quickly turned to frustration when I found they didn't fit whatsoever. They are meant to be custom and they wouldn't even sit in my ears at all. I called 3 times from my trip but each time could not get through. When I called them to discuss, they informed me that I would have had to bring them back within two weeks and that there is nothing they can do. You could tell the lady I was dealing with really didn't care. I have called head office and left messages on three separate occasions but still haven't heard back. So now I am out over $500.00. =(

Irene and here student Michele were very helpful and went through the whole process with me and ensured that the Bluetooth pairing of my hearing aids to my iPhone worked properly and even had me test the hands-free phone function. Good work.
