Today I had a hearing test due to the fact I keep hearing a buzzing in my ears. Now I figured my hearing was good because last year I was tested at Sense of Hearing in Stoney Creek. This time around the test was much more involved and detailed. Turns out my issue is that I have a good case of tinnitus. The tech I had was very polite and attentive. He said my hearing is excellent even superb, I'll definitely be recommending Hearing Solutions to all my friends and family. Now since I've been hearing this super annoying buzzing for a month he's not too happy and is sending my results to my doctor.

I recently had the privilege of accompanying my mom to Hearing Solutions at Limeridge Mall Hamilton, to address her hearing concerns, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience we had. From start to finish, the staff displayed an exemplary level of professionalism and expertise that left us deeply impressed. The clinician who attended to my mom went above and beyond to ensure she understood every aspect of the assessment and the solutions provided. The explanations were clear, comprehensive, and delivered with a genuine commitment to my mom's comfort and understanding. The entire experience was marked by a caring and patient-centered approach that reassured us that we were in the best hands. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional hearing care.

I took my91 year old mother in to have her hearing tested, she felt very nervous about this. The technician put her at ease right away and spoke to her about what was going to happen with the testing. My mother really liked how she interacted with her. Thank you
