My positive visit was the result of friendly, courteous, and informative service. I was told what to do with the results of my hearing test. The explanation as to what my hearing test results indicated was clear and easy to understand. What will possibly/likely happen as I age was explained clearly with no pressure to purchase hearing aids. Andy told me he would make a follow-up phone in a week to see how I made out with my follow-up doctor’s appointment.

I was very nervous about my first time going for help as I had heard many unhappy stories about discouraging experiences. It took me some time to finally do something, so after some research I decided Hearing Life was the one I could trust to take care of me best. I'm happy to say, I believe I've made the right choice. Many thanks to Tami & Hearing Life.

My experience over the past 5 years has been excellent, Rebecca and Tami have been very professional and also included a personal touch by listening and responding to my questions and comments with care. I will continue to have my hearing needs looked after at Listen-Up. Thank you. Ruth Lewis

I found the office welcoming and the two audiologists, Tami and Rebecca were helpful and knowledgeable and encouraging. They were thorough in their explanations. I am a client trying a one month free hearing aid and am returning to ask more questions.
