Sue was great - I took my mother to the hospital and Sue met my mom at the hospital entrance while I parked the car. Roman was very patient with my 90 year old mother who has Alzheimers . Thanks to the staff for an excellent job!

I was given the opportunity to meet a fabulous audiologist at Michael Garren Hospital. I was given three opportunities to chat with her before I made the decision to keep the hearing aids. They have given me my life back before I acquired tinnitus. I don't hear the buzzing sound during the day when I am wearing them! I want to personally the inventors of these hearing aids - a god send! Thank you for helping me return to employment and to continue to help in society w/o the hindrance of tinnitus !! YEAH !

The hearing clinic was very professional, helpful, and supportive while I was selecting and learning how to use the hearing aids.

I really need to write my review about this place. I took my mother here and was shocked what kind of people uctually work there! The stuff are beyond unprofessional talking bad about other people ethnicity so much discrimination which we have experienced every time when we went there. Audiologist Pheba Ninan is very arrogant sarcastic rude person and she should not be allowed to work in place like this or elsewhere! She insulted me every time when I went there making sarcastic jokes to the point of mocking me considering that I have mention to her every time that I am cancer survivor and feeling very sick she could not care less! And even much worse is she is a racist calling people from my country stupid not even knowing where I was from she got very confused so I had to educate her and rest of the stuff about history and geography. Taking that in consideration my point is that she can not discriminate people ethnicity! This is not allowed in multicultural country like Canada and she must not get away with this kind of attitude! She was saying that people from my country are uneducated just to come to the conclusion that she was talking about Romani people not my people(Slovaks) and telling me that I look like them which I do not considering that I am white as snow but she does not know the difference and does not know that The Romani, or Roma, are a traditionally itinerant ethnic group, living mostly in Europe and the Americas and originating from the northern Indian subcontinent, from the Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and Sindh regions of modern-day India and Pakistan with population 2-20 million all around the world so she was totally unaware that she was uctually making fun of her own people considering that she is Indian herself! She was questioning their education when she in fact has not education herself! I had to move to different location at Bay street where my mom and me are treated with so much respect Hearing Instrument Specialist Tami Tran is wonderful professional respectful human being as rest of the stuff. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with someone despicable as Pheba Ninan go to different location! She even took wrong measurements of my mother ears so hearing aid was so painful irritating my mother ears. Hearing Instrument Specialist Tami Tran on Bay street location had to take it new measurements and send it back to the company for fixing it!
