THE BEST!!! We visited many (many, many) hearing aid stores, and none get close to the level of service from Kathleen, Angie, and Harold. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff, and my mom is like a new person now that she can hear again. Thanks, Beltone! We were very nervous about getting Mom into the right hearing aid, and Kathleen put us at ease immediately. She patiently answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of them) and never put any pressure on us to make a decision. She took time to understand our needs (type of hearing loss, product needed, budget, previous experiences, special circumstances, and apprehension) and gave us the time, information, and practice to help Mom find the right hearing aid and stay within her budget. During our comparison shopping, we found that most places offered similar products (different names but did the same things), but you can't put a price on the value of Kathleen's knowledge, compassion, and willingness to help us all adjust to Mom's new world of hearing.

Great place. Great people. Fast paced and I didn’t wait forever for my grandma to be seen. They were understanding and really made sure she and I both knew how to handle and care for her new hearing aids before leaving. Thank you ladies !!
