After calling a number of clinics, we decided to give Sound Hearing a try since they were so helpful from the start on the phone. Sound Hearing proved to be an amazing clinic. Cathy definitely goes above and beyond in everything she does. Her positive and compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service helped my mother get set up in the perfect set of aids. She was able to ensure all her needs were met while delivering the highest quality of care with complete kindness and consideration. We would highly recommend Sound Hearing Clinic.

Wow. I was nervous about going to find out if hearing aids were for me or not. I thought I might get pushed towards hearing aids wether I needed them or not. I can honestly say Jessie Campbell has my best interests in mind. At no time did I feel any pressure buy anything. All explanations about my test results were explained to me in a way that I could easily understand. Great place! I'll be going back for follow-ups for years to come. I highly recommend this place for hearing tests and more!

This was my first experience with a hearing aid retailer. My expectation was that they would do anything to induce me to purchase a hearing aid. How wrong I was! Cathy, the professional audiologist, reviewed the hearing test that she had done previously and suggested that, with my type of hearing loss, a hearing aid would likely not improve my hearing experience. Nonetheless, when I requested a trial hearing aid, she went ahead with having a custom-fitted device prepared. When it arrived, she assured me that I could visit her during the trial period for any adjustments. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase. However, I eventually did purchase the hearing device, which has exceeded both our expectations in helping my hearing. Cathy and the staff at Sound Hearing Care were professional and attentive to all my concerns. I felt like I was in a medical clinic, instead of a retail store. I most highly recommend Sound Hearing Care for anyone seeking a professional and thorough experience!

I found them so helpful and Jessie went beyond being knowledgeable to actually allowing me to hear again after months of struggling with my hearing aids. I had given up, but she competently got me back into the hearing world. Thanks Sound Hearing! Winnie Anderson
