My mother was referred to Dr. Mosleh due to her vertigo issues. Dr. Mosleh is an amazing health care practitioner who was able to help her after two sessions! Great and caring staff!

My mom has two doctors there Dr Mosleh and Dr Gharghi . Both are very caring and good doctors, however the front desk receptionist are not at ethical and well mannered. Normally their line is busy or full voice mail. My mom broke her hearing device and we have passed the device for them to fix it ( minor fix ) .I have called as I was told the device would be ready on Tuesday ( After 10 days ) . The lady answered her phone first she put me on hold (clearly overwhelmed ) as I was not able to get through the line form morning. She told me the device is not ready yet. When i asked her when the device would be ready. She has advised me with aggressive tone that I can google THEIR supplier ( Phonak ) and ask them when the device would be ready. At that point I have told her what does that mean that I should google the supplier and call them myself. When we were paying 4000 for the device we were not asked to google the supplier. The answer from her " First of all you are rude! Second of all I can give you the number. and she went on and on . She should keep in mind the people call clinic are in need and besides of being customer at no circumstances you call the patient and customer rude which we were not. They know we need them and they let themselves to talk to you in any manner!

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Mosleh when I've visited stop fall clinics for my vertigo. Above the fact that he is so professional and knowledgeable, he was very caring and patient with me. In the whole session he was very welcome to answer all my questions and helped me to feel better by knowing the details of the procedure. Highly recommend! Thanks

I never knew Stop Falls Canada ever existed until I got referred to the clinic with Dr. Mosleh. I’ve had many episodes of vertigo for several years from its mildest form to its severe form that it had affected my way of life. The symptoms got worse as I got older. My vertigo’s severe symptoms ( dizziness, spinning , feeling of floating and nausea ) had feared me of going to beautiful places, dining, shopping or even just simply short errands to the convenience store. If it necessitated me to go out I had to be back the soonest I can. All these because of fear of falling and inconvenient my family or friends when I became ill. Dr. Mosleh is very professional and he explained to me all the procedures that he had to do during the assessment and treatment. This alleviated my anxiety on the first day of visit. All my symptoms completely disappeared on the fourth day after my treatment. I can now dress up with fancier shoes that require me to bend down for their buckles and laces. I’ve recently taking the stairs and went back to my daily walking and jogging. I’ve been to the usual places that I enjoyed with family and friends. Dr. Mosleh, thank you very much for your help. Please extend my gratitude to your staff . Many people suffer similar symptoms that I had . It can’t hurt if their family doctors can refer them to StopFalls Canada.
