Dealing with Schneiker Audiology has been a great experience. I have been a customer since they opened and I can't say enough about how helpful they have been. They really focus on customer service and have made excellent recommendations for the hearing aid products that would work best for me. The Resound product has made such a difference in the quality of my hearing. They sound so natural and don't have any of the "tininess" of other brands I have tried. I really appreciate the fact that the audiologists and technical support at Schneiker Audiology keep up on the latest advances in their fields and are always on top of the latest developments so they can make the best recommendations. Their customer service is first rate and I even enjoy the treats they have in the lobby.

I have been a client of Schneiker Audiology since they opened. I really appreciate their combination of genuine friendliness and professionalism. They were able and willing to pass on a manufacturer's discount on a pair of top-of-the-line hearing aids, which made them much more affordable. Whenever I get a flyer in the mail for another audiologist, it goes straight into recycling.

I have moderately severe to severe hearing loss. For years I have struggled with the hearing aids that were on the market until I was connected up with Resound Hearing Aids. They are awesome. I no longer feel like I have big, hard plugs stuck in my ears. They are soft, smooth and almost indistinguishable to someone looking at you. I had a habit of reaching up and pushing old hearing aids in several times a day. Didn’t even realized I did this til I got new ones. Amazingly clear voices. Before wind and car noises outside were overpowering even on our 9th floor condo,. Now car noises are just a soft swish and wind doesn’t bother me. When walking I can hear birds chirping, water lapping on shorelines, people’s voices 30-40 feet away. Old hearing aids didn’t allow me to hear those noises....only heard the wind and cars. Restaurants – now I can actually hear what the people across the table from me are saying. . No feedback when someone hugs you. Best hearings aids I have ever had. Not afraid to put them in my ears after a shower when my hair is still wet. The TV device is believeable. I can actually hear what the actors are saying without have the volume turned way up. The staff at Schneiker Audiology Services really care about you and your hearing. They go the extra mile and are available. You are not just a client to them. You are someone they care about.
