Expert team of audiologists who go beyond making sure your hearing aids function technically. Amélie and Marc think about how you will experience hearing—the function of it as well as the beauty of it. They spend time to learn about your life and your goals and find a solution that works for you. Plus, their customer service was exceptional. They worked with my incredibly complicated work schedule and found a solution that worked with my lifestyle, my budget, and my goals—anticipating tools I didn’t even know existed, but that I now I can’t imagine living without. My work, my life, my relationships are better with them in it. They pay careful attention to details and keep up to speed with the latest technologies without ever forgetting that hearing aids are about the person. (The only problem—in the winter you have to wear those ugly bootie things to protect the carpet which might matter if you have a high fashion sense).

He is a very competent and honest man who gives full attention to detail in assisting his customers. He has helped me with my hearing aid for 3 years and I have never been disappointed. Top notch!

Je n'ai pas fini le processus mais je suis déjà très satisfaite suite à deux rencontres. Le service est courtois, les explications complètes et le tout sans pression. J'avais beaucoup de question et maintenant je me sens en confiance! Merci Amélie!
