This is my second trip to Pattillo for hearing aids and I have to say the service and support continues and my hearing continues to be better. Getting the new and upgraded hearing aids have made a wonderful change in my life. My husband is no longer asking did you hear me...and the TV and other things are lover then they have been in years...Fred does a wonderful job of fulfilling your needs and helping you understand the differences between the types of aids. thank you Fred and Betsy for your great care of your clients. This is more of a reply to your wonderful offer I just received (well, a couple a days ago), I'm a bit slow as you may or may not know. I'm joshing a little. Anyway, my situation - I have no money at this time. Been helping my sons for quite a bit of dough. Sickness (bad insurance) and a home repair. Oh, plus, I can't even find the ones I'm suppose to have. Whether I use them very much at all. But they're missing and I know there some - hiding under something. Ok Ok - I'm finished. Best wishes to you Fred and Betsy - may your ad bring great results. I'll stop by when I'm in town for my cancer radiation checkups. Your friend out here in the county, Garry

Kudos to the incredible Fred Turner and the extraordinary staff! Fred has a great passion for his profession and stays involved in the latest technology. He treated my husband, Tim, with the best and most modern hearing devices. Unfortunately, he completely lost his hearing and Fred was there for us all along the way. Thanks be to God and Cochlear Implants he can now hear again. But that is another review. Anyway, my husband loved working with the great people at Patillo Balance & Hearing in Montgomery AL.

My experience was great, very friendly and knowledgable staff. Most helpful and I was very pleased with everything. I would recommend them to anyone. My follow up visit was great also.

Fred is like the Uncle that couldn't do enough for you. He's very precise, not aggresive and is truly interested in aiding you in both your BALANCE and of course your enjoyment in hearing. We've been with Pattillo's for 5 years now and even now, we get calls as to how we are doing, do I need to have a cleaning or an adjustment or any questions for him? Go see Fred and Betsy... Garry
