Dr. Lancaster and his staff are extremely helpful and efficient. We've never had to wait for more than a few minutes, even when we arrive early for an appointment. Dr. Lancaster is very good at trouble-shooting, and he and his staff are always willing to make time to fix whatever small problem I'm having with my hearing aids (including an old one that I bought before we moved to Middle Tennessee). We really appreciate having an audiologist and his staff with whom we feel comfortable, knowing that they are always friendly, extremely dependable, and provide just what we need to communicate well. (Communicating well would be impossible without our hearing aids.) Dr. Lane enabled me to get a Caption Call telephone, too, and that has made an enormous improvement in my ability to understand telephone conversations.

I am very happy with the service and quality of the hearing aids I purchased at Hearing Aids and Audiology Services. Dr. Lancaster is very thorough and has been very helpful showing me how to wear and care for the hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Lancaster!

I was told that hearing aids would change my life, yeah right. Dr. Lancaster proved me wrong. I work in sales and was continually asking my prospects to repeat themselves. Most people were annoyed by the request. The hearing aids and the Bluetooth accessory have help convert me to a believer. Dr. Lancaster and his office staff have been a pleasure to work with. I have had the aids for 6 months now, and cannot imagine life without them at this point. I have zero complaints and I am very pleased with my experience. I highly suggest you visit Dr. Lancaster for your hearing needs. Thanks Dr.

The first time I saw Dr. Lancaster was with my Mother-in-law who had Dementia, Dr. Lancaster was so patience with her. When her health wouldn't let her go in for things, I would call and take in her hearing aid. Dr. Lancaster and his staff treated me quickly and very friendly. I enjoyed the experience with my Mother -in-law so much I recommend Dr. Lancaster to my Mother when she needs hearing aids. My Mother likes him so much she has convinced my Daddy to go to him when he needs a replacement for his hearing aid. Dr. Lancaster and his staff treat you with patience, kindness and friendliness.
