Literally ordered 2 pairs of glasses yesterday and they were ready today!! Quickest turn around I have ever experienced! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I recommend them to EVERY one! Also, they were not in network with my insurance, but had such great prices I still bought 2 frames!!

My husband and I learned that Baldwin Optical came under new ownership at the time we needed to update our glasses. We were highly impressed with the new optometrist Dr. Bethany Lyn who gave us the most professional and thorough eye exam we have ever had. The new owner Steven, was very competent in fitting our new glasses, took his time, answering all our questions. His eyeglass prices were competitive and of good quality frames and lenses. After the overall good service we received, my husband and I have no hesitation in recommending Baldwin Optical the next time you need vision care and updated eye glasses.

I have been looking for a good optometrist in town for a while. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Baldwin Optical a call. They were able to schedule an appointment right away. I walked in and fell in love with the first pair of frames I saw (that was a first!). Dr. Lyn took the time to connect with me, to listen, and to answer my questions. I believe I have found my optometrist! Thank you for the amazing costumer service!

I am visiting Baldwin county and today I needed assistance cleaning my hearing aids. I felt rudely scolded by the person assisting me. I know that I was not a client and that the service was provided at no charge to me. Additionally, tonight I removed my aids and the insert tip on one was missing. I felt the tip of the other one was still in my ear. I removed it and properly attached it to the aid. While I realize I did not pay for the service it should have been competently done by a courteous person. I was given my initial aids by a friend and he told me to go to the company where he originally purchased for service. Even though I had not paid them a dime I was treated with respect each time I needed help. They always provided the service without charging me. When I determined that the aids improved my hearing you can bet that I bought my new ones from that company. They demonstrated a real concern for my hearing loss and did it professionally. I would not recommend this company for anything!

The staff at Baldwin Optical was not only very knowledgeable and helpful but very caring. They also has an amazing selection that is up to date and funky. My 15 year old loves her glasses and I will be back next week to let my son pick out his glasses. Highly recommended!!!!
