My 80+ yr old mother had to have a repair on one of her hearing aids, wires had pulled out. She was with us visiting from out of state. I did a Google search of her brand and service centers. Johnson Audiology was the closest 5 star office. Called and made an appointment. Staff on phone was very polite and informative. We were not sure if the units were still under any warranty. She advised that they would be able to verify any warranty coverage and also advised on possible repair cost if not under warranty. Upon arrival staff was very friendly and on time for taking our appointment. Nice waiting area and was offered coffee and water. My mother was met with and treated with excellent customer service. She was able to have her hearing aid repaired and batteries replaced. There was a small fee but this was stated up front when making appointment. Our experience was excellent and went as it should with any service based business. My mother has commented since her visit on how she really enjoyed the respect and service she received at Johnson Audiology and if she needs a repair on any future visits she will be sure to have me take her here. Thank you for time and respectful customer service.

As a musician, after searching around for many months for a professional that could help me with my hearing loss, I was lucky to find Johnson Audiology in Cartersville on the web. Their reviews were impressive. I was even luckier to have Dr Anna Wade as my audiologist. Her knowledge, experience, compassion and professionalism are off the charts. Especially since she has hearing loss herself and has a true passion and understanding of someone with hearing difficulty. She tested my hearing with top of the line equipment, ordered me a hearing aid to fit my lifestyle explaining in detail every step of the way. She programmed my hearing aid just perfect and now I have a wonderful new world of sound, so important as a musician. It doesn't stop there. The whole team ROCKS!! The warm welcomes, phone calls, service and follow-up I received from the entire staff blew me away. Chelsea and her staff are all ways there to support you no matter what the issue. Thank you Johnson Audiology! If you need an Audiologist you can't do any better than this team!!!

We love Dr Anna Wade she is amazing. All the staff is awesome and they always make you feel like part of the family. My husband has been able to hear so much better. We would recommend Johnson Audiology in Cartersville GA to anyone who has hearing problems.

I had put off having my hearing checked for years, even though I knew I needed to. Beginning with my initial consultation with Dr. Wade, I have experienced nothing put the finest care and concern from all the staff. Dr. Wade has quickly brought me back to experiencing so much of life that I was missing. What I thought was a focus and attention problem has quickly been eliminated. My quality of life has improved in so many areas. I am so thankful for their commitment to my hearing improvement. My co-workers and family are grateful as well! To anyone who thinks they may have a hearing issue...don't wait. Make the call! Thank you Dr. Wade, Chelsea, Tabitha, and all the staff!
