Not impressed with my care. Spoke with the nurse about my health and she ordered all my proceeding tests. She reached a certain conclusion about my health and voiced her opinion before they'd even performed any tests even though 3 other specialists had already ruled out that issue. The doctor came in with a diagnosis already in hand and never asked me any questions or did any kind of evaluation himself. He told me to go to a different specialist. My visit with him lasted all of 5 minutes. Had to go all the way to Anchorage to find an ENT to repeat the tests correctly. Don't be fooled by the name. If you're having balance issues, don't waste your time here. Edited to add: I did not receive a "comprehensive" evaluation. For that to happen, more than a handful of questions need to be asked about my medical history. When I requested my records, I noticed that several things I told them (in the few minutes they actually talked to me) were written incorrectly in my chart. Also, their diagnostic equipment may be "incredible" but it is not infallible. Vestibular testing is not perfect and results can be completely normal one day and abnormal the next which is why it is recommended that tests be repeated. This office's recommendations were to see specialists for issues that had already been ruled out. Those previous doctors had also spent the time talking to me instead of just relying on machines to tell them everything, so I'm more inclined to trust their diagnoses. If you're looking for a doctor to actually take their time and listen to you, I'd find someone else.

Good testing and my hearing aids worked pretty well but Phonak hearing aids break easily. If you move it is very difficult to get a copy of your own records. These medical professionals keep to the antiquated technology of fax, and ignore email. I shouldn’t be required to fax a request for my own records and wait a couple of weeks for a return fax. I should be able to request and receive my records immediately just as I can see the results of a blood test without going through anything more complex than a patient portal.

The service and staff are excellent. The customer satisfaction department is second to none. They solved both of my issues very quickly.

Great staff and providers. Took a little while to get the initial appointment, but after that it was pretty easy.
