I have to get my ears cleaned often and have had many DRs perform the service throughout the years. I'm new to the area and based on reviews found this office. Dr Kelly Lewis performed the most efficient, effective and best value ear cleaning I've ever received. I also had some custom ear plugs made at the office and they are working great. Thank you for providing a "best value" service. You have a customer for life.

I've known Dr. Adam DiPuccio and Dr. Gary Johnson with the Advanced Hearing Group since 2004. I've been in and out of their offices for years and there are a few things I'd like to say. But before I do, let me make it clear that I wasn’t asked to write this review. I'm writing it because they truly deserve to be recognized for how wonderful they both truly are. Adam and Gary promote a culture of caring; not only to their patients, but to their staff as well. They recognize the needs of others, they are great listeners and they build strong relationships with people around them. Their offices are modern and always very clean. They use state-of-the art equipment and techniques. In addition, they are very competitive in price for their services. The bottom line is, both Dr. DiPuccio and Dr. Johnson are hands down the best Audiologists, or for that matter the best medical doctors that I’ve seen in my 53 years of life! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get their hearing checked and to anyone with any type if a hearing issue.

After an unpleasant experience at a different office I was referred to Dr. Johnson by my father-in-law. Very comfortable, no rush, no pressure, professional and just straight forward education. We even talked a little sports and my new hearing aids are great! (and my wife of 42 years is really happy)

My son has excessive ear wax that clogs up his ears and he starts to complain about the pain. I took him to AHG north Scottsdale location this afternoon. Dr Gary Johnson did an amazing job! I cannot say this is a pleasant procedure that everyone would enjoy, but Dr Gary made it a lot relaxing, he is very friendly with young child. Most importantly, the ear wax removal job is very well done.

I'm a bit younger than their usual client, but taking care of your hearing while you're young is important if you want to still have it when you're old. I was helped by Gary Johnson and he was very friendly and personable. We chatted about my line of work and what I was hoping to accomplish through the visit. In addition to the hearing tests I was able to get some custom fitting hearing protection I can use when I'm working, I often have to deal with high volume/duration sound as part of my job, to make sure my hearing stays good for years to come. If you're looking for someone to help with your hearing issues, or just to make sure everything is functioning as well as it should, I can't recommend them highly enough.
