I live in Atlanta GA but I am in Scottsdale AZ visiting my son (a Plastic Surgeon) and a daughter, and of course all the grandchildren. I was having difficulty with my PHONAK hearing aids so we searched on that to find a local Audiologist to hopefully fix my problem. Connect Hearing came up and with Kathryn Zietz a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist as the technician. I made an appointment for 12/7 and had an amazing office visit with her. Fantastic is the word that best describes her abilities and depth of knowledge from 20 years of experience. I cannot give a higher recommendation than Kathryn Zietz to anyone who needs hearing aid assistance. And she does not even know that I am writing this evaluation of her professionalism!

My personal experience with Connect Hearing has been excellent! The outstanding staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to what their clients needs are and work hard to help resolve any concerns. If you have questions or just want to know about hearing and hearing loss, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
