A difference from night and day. I hated the prior hearing aids I had, I could make them louder but it didn't help understanding others. Thank goodness I lost one hearing aid and I started researching hearing aids. I saw that top, and I mean top, audiologist had a 4 or 5 star reviews. I cannot believe how much difference to be tested by a professional and to have hearing aids that not just fit (they all do) but do what a hearing aid is supposed to do. No longer do I have hearing aids unbalanced, but I can understand, no more girl voices in a high pitch sound. The care, before and after the new hearing aids is just outstanding. Thank you so much. No more answering yes when I should have said no.

I have been to several vendors for considering hearing aids. I rate the experience and professionalism with Arizona Hearing- Green Valley superior to all. Specifically, on all appointments, I am given a telephone reminder prior. The initial interface comprised an excellent, comprehensive hearing test with Nick expertly defining both the technical details as well as the social impacts of my hearing loss. He did NOT try to sell me the most expensive aids, but offered options which he felt were most appropriate for my condition/ activity level. In subsequent follow-ups after purchase, Nick has provided expert insight into the hows and whys of my initial experiences and cleaning factors in maintaining aids. Michele, the Coordinator who is the first (and last) person one meets at every appointment, is competent, friendly and professional. I vacillated for many years before committing to hearing aids; the folks at ArizonaHearing-Green Valley have made this transition an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hearing issue.

I walked out 20 minutes after my appt time. For a 9:00 AM appt, they shouldn't be running that late. Poor scheduling. Sort of like an old Seinfeld episode. They know how to make an appt, just don't know how to keep one.

It is a real pleasure to write a review for Arizona Hearing Specialists in Green Valley, AZ. My experience with Dr Remierez and the office staff was 100 percent positive. They were a joy to deal with, period. I got my first hearing aid 10 + years ago back in New England and at the time, it was the state of the art technology. It had many short comings like distracting backround noise, wind noise and it also failed to amplify certain sounds. It blocked sounds of a babbling brook, leaves rustling, or crowd noise at a football game. But it just couldn't be adjusted any better and I lived with it. Boy, has the technology changed. Now my hearing is bad in both ears requiring one in each ear. Dr Remeirez recommended Phonac behind the ear, rechargable hearing aids. I was immediately astounded at what I could hear. Everything, and with amazing clarity. After 2+ months of use, I am still totally satisfied and impressed with how sharp my hearing is. They required no tweaking or adjustments to the programming. Other than raising the volume level as my brain can tolerate all this new sensory input. Now I can hear the TV clearly at the same low volume level as my wife prefers, which has helped our relationship a lot. My directional hearing is also excellent. I am no longer overwhelmed by back round noises in any situation. The rechargable batteries are great too. You just place the hearing aids in the charger for 4 hours and they will run for 24 hours. It just couldn't be any easier. The behind the ear model is so light and comfortable that most of the time I'm not even aware I'm wearing them.

What can I say? Arizona Hearing Specialists have been great! First timer and overwhelmed in the beginning with choosing HAs. Should I buy on line or go to an audiologist? A little research definitely pointed me to an audiologist ... fitting, adjustments, programming, and most importantly, answering questions. Then, “who to pick? That’s a lot of money!” Other audiologist were like talking to used car salesmen with HAs for a lot more money and less services. Dr. Ramirez has been awesome and made me feel it was more about my health care than selling HAs. And Arizona Hearing Specialists services are way above the others for a lot less. Best of all, I’m hearing again! :))
