Janiese is very personable, knowledgeable, and good listener when you try to convey your issues and needs. She also goes above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. She had preformed considerable research to find the answers to questions I asked instead of trying to make up answers. You will not find better customer service or a more pleasant professional to work with anywhere.

After thorough research of hearing aids and Tucson providers I chose Rincalina because of their great reviews and the free screening offer. They went out of their way to stay late for my appointments, and took the time to explain each step of the screening and how it guides their recommendations for my hearing loss. They explained what brands and models of hearing aids were on the market, and why they chose to sell the ones they have. After 4 weeks trying three different models in different price ranges Janice found me hearing aids at a cost I could afford and that have the key features needed to help me hear so much better than could with my old hearing aids. If you want honest, unbiased information and friendly, personal attention, see my friends at Rincalina. Thanks again, Janice and the team at Rincalina Peter Coston

Everyone was great. They are professional, personable and pleasant. The products are great, however, most places have the same equipment and hearing aids. It is the staff at Rincolina that makes them better than the competition. I highly recommend them.

First time needing hearing aids so I did some research. Costco may have good prices but called 2x & left VM to get a hearing test done & no one ever called me back. Think their service would be any better??! Tried a few other places but so glad I found Janiece at Rincalina. She is caring & takes time with you to find the best aid. I tried some demos, so helpful since with RIE aids the domes on them come in different sizes but also different shapes from each manufacturer. She went the extra mile to help me with my decision. Easy to get returning appointments as needed for adjustments.
