My father & I had a wonderful experience at the Adobe Hearing Center. My father was visiting from out of town and had a broken hearing aid. Karen took excellent care of my father's hearing aid, and ensured everything was working correctly so he could hear at my son's graduation. She also took the time to verify the warranty status, stocked him up with batteries, and took us in last minute without an appointment hours before the big event. Thank you Karen for everything...you were amazing and really made my father's day!

I've had to wear hearing aids all my life and have been to plenty of hearing centers for my hearing needs. Although the staff were all cheerful and courteous, I did not feel like they treated me as a priority. I broke my old aids, and came in as a new customer for replacement ones. They scheduled an appointment simply to discuss what kind of aids I needed, they scheduled another appointment for a hearing test, another appointment was scheduled for casting the ear-molds, and then the final appointment for the final fitting of my new hearing aids. That's almost a MONTH of me relying on lip-reading and sign language. Another issue was my hearing aid pricing. along this 3 and al half week journey, the quote for my two hearing aids changed 4 times. The original quote was for $1,200 which is just about right for my insurance. But each appointment it changed anywhere from $650 all the way up to $2,400. FOR THE SAME HEARING AIDS. Yes they are friendly, patient, and yes they did know how to give a proper hearing test, they did NOT know how to perform correct billing. They billed for multiple appointments ( two which were completely unnecessary) and they took AGES to get me my equipment. I would love to give them 5 stars, really I would, but because of their lack of urgency, poor billing aptitude, and inability to be efficient in 3 appointments or less..... I give them 2 stars.

I took my 87 year old mother to see Dr. Cheek for a new ear mold and hearing aid check. Dr. Cheek was an excellent listener and extraordinarily patient. All of the staff were friendly and respectful. We plan to use Adobe Hearing Center for all of our audiological needs in the future. I highly recommend Adobe Hearing Center.
