Dr Hesse, Beth , Danielle and all of the other front office staff were very professional, knowledgable and responsive to my questions. Found all of the office staff to be very polite, helpful and kind. Thank you Dr. Hesse for taking the time for a most thorough hearing exam and offering options consistent with my hearing loss. I will certainly promote your practice as being one of the most educated and best hearing loss providers in the area.

Met with Kristi earlier this week - I am 68 and this was my first hearing evaluation ever. My experience was exceedingly professional and the results of my testing indicated that I do have a hearing loss that can be improved by the use of hearing aids. Kristi provided complete and valuable information about all of my options while avoiding any pressure to purchase. I am happy to recommend her services to any and all.

Dr. Hesse, the most fabulous audiologist ever. Worked with me for several months to fine tune my hearing aids. I had a really difficult time adjusting to them-she was patient, persistent and had a great sense of humor. I couldn't recommend anyone better than Dr. Hesse. The office staff is great as well.

Very thoughtful and go the extra mile. I felt like they were very honest. I did not feel rushed in making a decision. Will update the post after I receive my hearing aids.

No matter what, no matter when, Arizona Hearing Specialists has always worked hard to meet my hearing needs. From the frontline office staff to the expert audiologists, they have greeted me with a smile and pleasantly ascertained how they could be of assistance. In today's world, this is not always the case with other companies. I have worn hearing aids for 35 years, and it was Janis Wolfe Gasch who fitted me with my first aid all those years ago. I have been to other audiologists over the years, but I always find my way back to Arizona Hearing Specialists. I am always impressed by how they have gone above and beyond to answer my questions and solve my hearing issues. My audiologist, Christie Hesse, isn't satisfied until she has made my hearing the best that it can be. I appreciate that! I also appreciate that I never have to wait long for my appointment. It amazes me that she can provide all the time needed for my hearing concerns, and yet maintain her schedule. Kudos to you, Christie, and to all the staff at Arizona Hearing Specialists!
