My neighbor invited me to attend an ear school presentation put on by My Hearing Centers last week and it was fantastic. The presenter, Mark, was very knowledgeable and then took the time to come around and answer questions at the end while we enjoyed our meal. I wish more companies did things like this to educate you before you make a decision to buy. Thank you My Hearing Centers for the invite. I was very pleased.

My mother was visiting AZ from CA. She has a set of Siemen's hearing aids that she purchased from a local provider in CA. While visiting, her hearing aid stopped working. I did a google search for the closest provider to my home. I stumbled across My Hearing Center's and gave them a call. The receptionist Ashley was an absolute doll. From the minute she answered the phone up until the minute we left the office. She was able to call the Siemen's factory and find out my mother's warranty information and she was also able to clean my mother's hearing aid and got it to WORK again. We are so blessed. When my mother is ready to upgrade, we will definitely be buying from a My Hearing Center's in CA. Thanks again. Two thumbs up.

Took my mother-in-law to My Hearing Center in Glendale and the service could not have been any better. No waiting, straight talk and caring service. I wish all health care providers were this conscientious.

Dr. Braun and Ashley were really courteous, thorough, professional, and willing to provide addition information and resources to resolve my problem. Unfortunately the next office they sent me too wasnt much help. I dont think that was My Hearing Centers fault. Dr. Braun sent me there with the expectation I would be assisted further. I look forward to working with this office again in the future. Thank you for trying to help me.

Took my mother there for her hearing test. The doctor, Brandon, was very friendly while explaining the test and options afterward very thoroughly. We felt like the reception staff and the doctors were actually interested and concerned with our position and wanted to help. We were actually treated like people, not just a number. I would recommend anyone with possible hearing difficulty to check out My Hearing Center in Glendale.
