When I decided enough was enough and needed to address my hearing loss, I literally picked these guys out of a google search in the middle of a business meeting where I was frustrated because it seemed everyone was mumbling. I chose this practice initially because they are close to my office. I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Contrucci and her staff are helpful, attentive, patient, and genuinely nice people. They explained everything carefully, told me my options, and were very good at answering all my questions (I had a long written list!). On follow up visits they remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and remembered the details of previous discussions. Quality hearing aids are not a trivial investment, and their expertise set my mind at ease. I give them a very strong recommendation! (and I'm a picky guy when it comes to service, especially from medical professionals).

I have been a patient of Dr Kurth for over 8 yrs., and could not be happier! They have helped me more than once find the best solution for my hearing problems and I feel very confident that I have the best there is. I strongly recommend them Dr. Michael Alberti

What a pro! Dr. Chris Beagle's primary concern was to help me, and she did. My old hearing aids were purchased in another state, and I was having difficulty understanding people. Dr. Beagle checked the old aids, tuned them up, and gave me a thorough hearing exam. She fitted me with a trial pair of new aids, which were great, but my current budget didn't provide for them at the time. Her concern was for my hearing, not for simply selling me new aids. I was very pleased with her service, knowledge and professionalism and I will return to her as soon as my budget allows. I highly recommend her!

My experiences with Audiology and Hearing Aid Center have been very positive. The audiologists are well informed and their main goal seems to be that the client is more comfortable with their hearing. They have the most update hearing aids and provide the support for them to work for you.

Audiology & Hearing Aid Center lost a client this week. I brought in my hearing aid as the pull string to remove the aid from my ear broke off. The audiologist, Stephanie, told the front desk attendant that it would cost $395 to fix as it was out of warranty, but she would be happy to update my technology and sell me new hearing aids. She never came out to speak with me directly. I was flabbergasted on how poor their patient interaction was. I subsequently sent the hearing aid to a lab in Texas which cost $90 to repair. BTW, this is posted under an anonymous name.
