My Hearing Aids failed me after using them for several years. I drove to Dixie Hearing Center to ask them to check them out. They immediately gave me a loaner pair of hearing Aids to use while mine were sent off to be repaired. I picked up my Hearing Aids yesterday, they work as new. I appreciate the Service I received, the Front Desk Ladies were exceptionaly efficient and friendly. I very much appreciate the Services I received. I was not charged these repairs, all under warranty Thank you so much Frank Shearer.

I just can't find the words to express my gratitude to Dr. Whittaker! My wife has had an issue with balance and dizziness for over a year. Dr. Whittaker tested both her hearing and balance. He found her hearing to be good, and pinpointed the issue with her balance. Then he referred her to IHC for appropriate treatment. IHC did further testing and confirmed Dr. Whittaker's diagnosis. They treated her, and her balance issue is now a thing of the past. I went through the same testing, and my balance was alright, but needed hearing aids. Having had a less than stellar experience with a hearing center in another state, years ago, I was kind of hesitant. However, Dr. Whittaker worked with me to get the correct hearing aids and also worked on getting a set that I could afford. What a joy it is to be able to hear again, without having to constantly ask people to repeat themselves, and to speak louder! Dr. Whittaker is also doing follow up appointments, at no charge, to make sure that I'm satisfied with the hearing aids!
