I was just told that My Hearing Centers does not accept Medicaid insurance. When I asked if I could pay cash I was told they do not accept cash. Unbelievable!

They were very good about making me feel comfortable.

In the last 15 years I've tried three different hearing aids. Too much background noise, made my ears itch to the point of pain. I always just gave up. A week ago, I went to My Hearing Center on Bonanza Road in East Las Vegas. Sharon was very friendly and professional; I went in to see Dan Cobb and had my hearing tested. When I went in a couple of days later to pick them up Dan took plenty of time, choosing the right tubes and domes for my comfort, showing me the easiest way to put them on. He explained how to overcome the initial discomfort, much better service than I ever had before. With the new technology, my aids were perfectly tuned to my needs, background noise is filtered, it really is like normal hearing. Maybe even better.

I am a 59 year old women who was fit with hearing aids by a specialist in a different state. I ended going to Dan to have adjustments made as I wasn't hearing very well with my aids. Dan was so kind, professional and understanding in listening to me and my frustrations. He was able to reprogram my hearing aids so I could hear much better. I couldn't believe the difference in my hearing after Dan adjusted my aids. I would recommend Dan to anyone who has any type hearing loss and needs a skilled professional to help them improve their quality of life.
