Better go someplace else. The audiologist is a pleasure but is only in one day / week. The office staff is highly dysfunctional. They promised me a receipt for the over $5000 which I had paid and then later refused to give it to me! I was standing at their front desk for my 3:45 appointment AS they were calling me at 3:51 to cancel that very same appointment. They had never called to tell me that my hearing aid was unavailable and on back order.
