If this isn't the best hearing center in California it's pretty darn close. I think the thing that impresses me the most is the owner worked for the top labs in America for a long time before he went into private practice. He understands hearing problems and hearing aids at a higher level than your typical audiologist does.

Cindy and Lee make this office the greatest! They have an upbeat attitude that put everyone at ease. I work at a retirement community as an activity director with over 95 residents. I met Cindy at a networking group over 6 years ago and have used her services every since for the community and anyone looking improve their hearing. She has educated myself as well as the residents and family members on how important it is to hear well. When I called Cindy to see if she had batteries for one of my residents who was in the hospital, she took them to the hospital did a cleaning on her aids put in new batteries. Cindy and Lee are loved and respected by everyone they work with. I would recommend Cindy and Lee to anyone who wants to improve their hearing or the hearing of a family member!

I wish I could give these angels 10 stars! Lee, Cindy and their staff give my 90 year old mother the absolute best customer service ever. She refuses to give up an ancient pair of Beltone hearing aids and they have helped us to keep them in good working order and have been so patient with her. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for excellent care and an outstanding customer service experience. Thank you ladies!
