ACENTA is an excellent place to go if ur having trouble with ur ears, nose and throat. Dr Marsh knows his profession well. I visit his clinic often, as i take my dad here to see Dr Marsh. My dads ears produce excessive wax. It gets impounded ocassionaly in both ears. He has a machine that extracts the wax, a small vaccum. He sucks wax out of dads ears in less than 5min. Procedure does not hurt. Sometimes he only needs to use his telescope to look in my dads ears, extract wax with a long tweezer. My dad is very satisfied with Dr Marsh at ACENTA in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

I was treated at Dr Marsh's office yesterday and everyone was so nice and helpful especially Christine who performed the Videonystagmogram(VNG). Great personality. Keep up the good work. See you all Tuesday.

Very rude people, and we waited for hours for them not to do anything for us and say they arw going to refer us somewhere for something they think is wrong. And instead of doing the job we needed done they didnt even look at it and sent us away for something stupid. Dont waste your time here find help else where.

Dr Marsh knows how to fix your allergy problems, I was coughing up blood due to another issue but the allergy shots helped me very much. Nurse Jennifer is by far the best nurse i have ever had. She did the test on my back and even though it was a little painful was so gentle it was nothing compared to others i have had. If i ever hit the lottery, I will hire her to travel the world with my family and I, to be our private nurse. She is great at her job and really cares about people. Jennifer is an asset to the clinic of Dr. Marsh. I have not had any ear, nose, throat surgery but if I ever do, I trust Dr. Marsh 100% to do the best job. I have had Doctors enter the room with a frown on their face, but have never seen Dr. Marsh without a smile. So do you really want some grumpy Doctor working on you? or someone like Dr. Marsh who always seems happy and positive? I have been going to his clinic for 8 yrs. and I pay attention to peoples facial expressions.

All I can say is if any Dr refers you to Dr. Marsh then run the other way! I have had Dr's from Tulsa Ok to Little Rock Ar tell me they have never seen anything like what he did to my ears! Thank God for Dr. Dornhoffer in Little Rock who was able to restore my hearing, but I will suffer with problems Dr. Marsh caused the rest of my life! Only reason he gets 1 star is because It doesn't give me the options for minis stars!
