From the very first moment we walked in it seemed like we were with family. The whole team made us feel so welcome & we felt at home. The office is so relaxing and decorated beautifully. There was never any pressure to buy. They just answered any questions we had & helped Larry with the hearing aide he had at the time. Dori is always helpful in scheduling and Kelly is so helpful with the technical side of things. Then a couple of months later Candace helped him decide the kind of hearing aide he needed to purchase to give him the hearing experience that he wanted. Candace was always very professional and explained everything well. It was very important to get the right hearing aide due to Larry's loss of hearing in one ear already. He has been very happy with his decision so far. We really do feel at home as soon as we walk in their door. Thank you Candace, Kelly & Dori for such a GREAT experience!!!

Extremely satisfied with Hearing Wellness Solutions. All questions answered clearly and professionally which we appreciated. Feel like Candace and her staff are working hard to make my husband’s experience with hearing devices a positive one. Highly recommend.

I had hearing aids in the past, and always hated them. I went a few places before finding Candace and I wish I hadn't wasted my time anywhere else. From the moment I walked in I knew it was different. Their comfortable office and friendly staff really listened to me. Candace encouraged me to try a few different brands and figure out what I wanted and what was best for me. They're so amazing I forget I'm even wearing them. It's so nice to be able to hear my children and grandchildren again. Thanks to Candace I'm living life again and I couldn't be more grateful. If you want great care, look no further than Hearing Wellness Solutions.

I have about 20 years experience wearing hearing aids. The most important component of the whole experience is the specialist that tests you, fits you and makes follow-up adjustments. Candace is the best I have ever know. She is definitely an expert with the technology but most importantly she is an expert listener. I’ve had some in the past who were not very good listeners and the results were less than favorable. Candace is going to listen carefully to you. Ask a lot of questions and listen to her explanations. I believe you will have a good outcome. Additionally all staff are friendly, professional and thorough. The facility is clean, orderly and a professional environment. I’ve had an outstanding experience and result.

Its hard to put in words how thankful I am to be able to hear again. Thanks to Candace and her staff I have my life back. With a new grandbaby I don't want to miss a sound. The individual attention alone is five stars. I really felt welcome and left feeling confident again. Thanks Ladies!
