Out of every place like this, I was referred to this particular place. And I'm glad I was. Priscella was extremely professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with and to be educated by.. She is very friendly and welcoming. It's clear that they appreciate their patients. I've long had my trepidation about getting hearing aids; mostly vanity issues. But after meeting with her, I was extremely satisfied and any fears and concerns were quelled -- all of which I had falsely just assumed to be true. I've always thought that hearing aids were large, bulky, and ugly. To my surprise, they were none of these things. . Going in, I must have written down about 10 questions in advance about my concerns and assorted "what if's.". She answered all of them very thoroughly, and invited me to immediately contact her if I have any specific problems and she would take care of them quickly. I'm meeting with her in another 2 weeks, as she wants to check in with me and see if I / she needs to make any special adjustments to them to suit my individual needs. Previously, I had tried a place before called SONUS, but I them rather unfriendly. I had also wound up walking away with hearing aids that were totally wrong for me. (Yes, there are choices.) In closing, I really can't recommend this place any more than this. They are good at what they do, and they seem to sincerely give you their very best.
