I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Joanne Brenner. Because of her effective communication, I was able to remotely help my Dad, Michael, decide on his latest hearing aid purchase at Connect Hearing store in Concord. As an educated buyer, I did a fair amount of online research throughout the process. She took the initiative to keep me well-informed by sending me an email summary of the result after my Dad's each visit. She always answered our questions with clarity in a timely fashion, providing us exactly the information I was looking for. She was patient with my dad and never rushed him for a decision. I felt she gave her honest opinion about the trade-offs between the hearing aid brands and models that suited my dad's situation. We are very happy with this experience. I knew from Consumer Report that Connecting Hearing is rated among the top for customer satisfaction. And still her excellent and knowledgeable service impressed me beyond my expectation!

My husband and I have been working with Joanne for many, many years. She always has the latest information and works hard to see that we get the right equipment and the best/least cost. She is not shy or slow to call the supplier to answer a question. She is generous to a fault when we visit, providing batteries and small tools or supplies we might need to maintain or manage our HA. Smart and good humor makes every visit fun and educational. We send all our friends here and they are all satisfied too.

I went to Joanne today at the recommendation of my husband as my hearing aid broke and I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. She is delightful and fixed my hearing aid in just a few minutes. I will definitely return for all my hearing aid needs.

Excellent hearing aid service for an out-of-town non regular client. Needed wax guards changed to be ready for two upcoming meetings. Thank you to Ms. Joanne Brenner for her responsiveness to my needs during two recent trips to Oakland.

My hearing issues are a bit unique. I cannot hear at all in my right ear (I have been deaf in that ear all of my life). I met Joanne Brenner at a Senior Health Fair and mentioned what my problem was and that I had tried a hearing aid (needed two) about 10 to 15 years ago and the technology just was not there to help me. She let me know that technology had improved and that if I wanted to give it a try again to come into their Oakland office. My visit to the office was such a joy. We talked about what situations were important to me, and what type of device I wanted (I wanted something that fit inside the ear). Joanne explained the pros and cons of the cros/bicros (that is what I needed) hearing aids and let me try one. I was sold before I even left the office with my trial aids. Joanne and her staff were wonderful to work with and I can now hear whenever someone speaks on my "deaf" side. I would highly recommend Connect Hearing to anyone having issues. Thank you Joanne.
