Susan was terrific. She took the time to listen to why I was there and didn’t just assume that she knew why was wrong. She was very professional through the whole process. While I didn’t have a severe issue, she thought that she may be able to help me. She let me try something for two weeks to see if it helped. Even though it didn’t make a marked difference, I wouldn’t have had any other way to find out. There was no “selling” of any kind. Just genuine help. I will definitely be going back once a year to get checked.

The ladies at Connect Hearing Glendale are so nice to my grandma, they treat us like family. I'm amazed at the new hearing aids they have... my grandma is able to hear her phone calls directly on the hearing aids. She is able to hear her tv shows much better. Susie took her time in explaining everything to us. I recommend this clinic.

The staff was very professional every one was very kind. I would have like to go a bit slower and communicate with us a bit better, because I would have like to discuss if we had other options as far as equipment and prices. I felt a bit pressure and confuse at times. But the end result was amazing, my father is very happy and he can now hear so much better and join in the conversations.

My mom is very happy with the result. She is enjoying her TV and any gatherings she goes to.

My family and I are very grateful to Susie and the team. They were kind and caring, very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product for us. It took only four weeks to receive the hearing aid (we had been waiting for months in another office). And I can't say enough how pleased I am with their continued care and services. I'm glad we found them and would recommend anyone to Connect Hearing, Susie and her staff.
