The ladies that work for Connect Hearing are so nice. Linda is so welcoming. Since Linda is bilingual, she is able to help my grandma who speaks very little English. Linda and Jennifer are so patient with her and take their time. Jennifer, the audiologist at the clinic, is very knowledgeable and takes her time to answer all our questions.

The staff is very Helpful with Seniors and Very Patient and listen to their needs. They always take the time to make you feel that you are a person and not just another patient.

Jennifer and Linda were so helpful with my 89 year-old Aunty Penny! They really listened to her and to my understanding of my Aunty's needs and translated that into a set of affordable hearing aids. Now, Penny talks softer and understands more in one-on-one conversations with the people she loves! Thank you!! -Christopher, 45 yrs. old caretaker for my Aunty Penny
