The staff is very friendly and personable. Penny did an excellent job of making sure I had the right hearing aids (a crossover set) for my hearing loss. She took time to explain how they work and adjust them to my comfort. I strongly recommend Connect, and Penny. I am very pleased with their service.

Penny and Belle were very professional. Penny was very thorough with the hearing test and explained in detail the results. She also took the time to explain the differences with the different hearing aids and was instrumental in assisting with obtaining insurance coverage with my provider. My hearing has been restored to my original hearing level and I will continue to return for my periodic check ups. Thank you Penny for your professionalism. Jon Wede

I first went to Connect Hearing two years ago. They detected a small amount of hearing in my right ear (a different hearing test at another company, missed that important fact). This newfound information, allowed me to obtain a hearing aid in one ear, verses a device in both ears that redirects sound from one side to the other. The staff is perceptive and talented, and the receptionist is always smiling and extremely helpful. Connect Hearing changed my life for the better.
