My mother is 99 and has been seeing Geoff Calkins for more than 15 years. She has been wearing double hearing aids for about 40 years and is almost totally deaf but she can hear with the hearing Geoff has prescribed. He is the most qualified, caring, kind, attentive and conscientious hearing aid specialist (or any other professional for that matter) she has ever seen. I can't say enough good things about him. Hands down Geoff is the best!

I had been very resistant to getting hearing aids, although I was long overdue. I feared the technology associated with adjusting them to be good for me. Geoff was very sensitive to this, going at MY pace and answering MY questions as I learned. I never felt pressured to get more than I wanted or could handle. He does have all the technology available, depending on how elaborate one wants to be or how much they want to spend. But Geoff fitted me with just the right amount of technology for me and at a price I felt was very fair. And he is following up with me to make sure I am successful and happy using them.

Geoff is caring, highly professional and quite frankly is the gold standard for his profession. Fosters and deserves complete trust. I highly recommend him.

Geoff is very attentive, respectful, and caring. He and his staff go the extra mile to ensure their clients are comfortable and their audio needs are diagnosed correctly and that the instruments prescribed are a good "fit" for the individual.
