Excellent patient care. Stephanie and Lily went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely pleased with my hearing aids.

Very helpful and courteous to both of us - my husband and I. Dr. Gail is not just very patient listening to her patients' many questions, but, she is also very knowledgeable in answering to her patients' questions clearly. The Department Secretary, Lily, is also an excellent help to us. She is courteous and very thoughtful about the well beings of us, always reminds us for the next appointment 2 days ahead and explains clearly about the terms and conditions of the contract. she is indeed an invaluable secretary to UOP's Hearing and Balance center.

They are most attentive of your needs and are extremely courteous. I have been a customer of UOP Hearing & Balance since 2007. I am on my 2 set of hearing aids with them and have had nothing but excellent service and highest quality products from ALL staff that I have had contact with. I have recommended both of my parents and 2 friends who have also been extremely satisfied with UOP.

There could not be a better place to go for audiology help. The office on the beautiful UOP college campus is refreshing. The professional assistance (I've been helped from the outset by Dr. Gail) could not be better. And with Lily running things, everything is shipshape.

You get Just 1 chance to make a good impression. I called in and talked to A staff member. It was not a positive experience at all. Very rushed and did not seem like they wanted to listen to my questions
