It was new and scary when I was told that my son needed a hearing aide. Tony and Liz made the process easy and encouraged me every step of the way. They eased my fears and worked with me to get the best hearing aide for my son. This is more than a business. It is a calling. God bless this business. God bless these people.

Stockton Hearing & Speech has been go to for my son's hearing needs since 2016. It's always been a nice and clean friendly atmosphere, Ashley and Clarissa were very nice. Recently new owners have taken Over and they are also wonderful, they also have children with special needs and I feel like they take their job personal and seriously. Which is an important value in the medical field, they go above and beyond to accommodate their patients and I think that's really nice. As a mom with a child that has hearing loss it makes me feel good knowing my son has such great staff working to make sure his hearing is where it should be. And they have the cutest golden retriever walking around the clinic my kids get a kick out of her, She Makes the office feel very friendly and inviting. Thank you Stockton hearing speech!

Awful experience for my family.!!!!! And the sadder part is due to how you treated him (2 years ago) my husband still has not got hearing aids. This is because you treated us with very little importance. Ending with the Manager kicking him out of your office for being mad because your office wasn't keeping there word and doing their job. That action was wrong, because if your employee had not done what they promised for 4 or 5 months than that is in fact not doing their job. So why would you insult the patient, treat him badly, when all he WANTED WAS TO HEAR BETTER!!! You failed at good customer service! Full story: Had one consultation appointment and you provided great information and we (my husband and I) were excited to move forward with getting him hearing better. Our next step was the office was suppose to check our insurance. We waited and waited, no call from you. Went to your office every month for 4 months to ask if you got the information from insurance. Each time the employees seemed confused and didn't even remember what they were suppose to do for us. Each time we got the answer, "ok, sorry, we'll check that for you and get back to you". Still no call back. Again my husband stopped by to find out what was going on and same problem, no one had done anything and still seemed like who are you and what do you need. So out of disappointment and frustration he was mad and started complaining. Your mangers answer was get out. Wow such compassion!!!!!!
