My name is Janice. I am a lifetime resident of California. My last job was in aerospace building aircraft for the military. Steven was recommended to me by a neighbor. Our first meeting with him was very pleasant & rewarding. Before showing me hearing devices my hearing was tested to my level of hearing loss. After the loss was determined, he chose a hearing aid that would best suit my needs. He has gone the extra mile to make sure that my hearing is where I can hear properly and be comfortable wearing the hearing aids. My husband and I both found Steven very knowledgeable and pleasant. He knows his job and is able to make a decision as to what a person needs without any discomfort to the person. I am very pleased with him and look forward to having him care for my hearing needs in future years.

I don’t remember writing to tell someone how pleased I am with a product I’ve purchased—but am doing so now. My new hearing aids are so wonderful and so easy to wear that I forget at times that I’m wearing them. Steve's thorough instructions on the care and upkeep were excellent.
