Patrice Rifkin is an amazing audiologist. She is caring, patient and knowledgeable. I wish more in the helping profession approached her compassion and ability . Finding The right aids for me Took a few Visits , she was patient. And now I have great hearing aids. Go to her for your hearing needs ,you will be satisfied. to keep trying until we found our type of hearing aid that works very well for me.

What a great experience! From the moment you enter the office it’s obvious that this is a PROFESSIONAL environment. The TV volume is set low so patients can avoid auditory distraction, the receptionist greets you right away, and an appointment begins at the time scheduled! As for Patrice and the staff, they are truly quality practitioners of their field; caring, intelligent, and quite obviously experienced in their work. Having been to other providers before this, it’s like night and day. I highly recommend them for any hearing related issues or concerns.

4 years ago I went to the VA for a hearing aid and was given a single ear device that I was completely against from day one. The VA Audio Doctor was junk! A bad story was turned around By Patrice Rifkind! She spent a great deal of time testing both ears to get down to the problem as to what would help me hear better and make my life comfortable. Patrice than went out of her way to get me the crossover hearing aid that changed my life as of today! On September 25, 2018 my voice went from a noisy peak to a normal tone. It may be mechanical, but I can hear again. I hear the little things that I missed. If your going to go get a hearing aid Audiology Associates will take care of you. There is compassion and excellent customer service! Attention Veterans use VA Vet choice and go there only!

The care and service here are outstanding. They take the time necessary to do things right and don't rush me. I'm a singer and musician and I'm very particular how my hearing aids are adjusted, so I hear music (and my own voice) correctly. Patrice is excellent at programming them. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
