I've had these folks as my optometrist for about 15 years. Always friendly personal service - very professional. I highly recommend.

Very good place to go for hearing aids and eye glasses. I return there every 4 years for my parents.

I brought my 97 year old mother here to replace her hearing aids. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen. They make an effort to talk to my mother and speak clearly instead of just talking to me. And of course, now she can hear a bit better. Too bad her problem is not completely fixable.

I had a pretty bad experience my last time in. I first went in about a year ago to get ear impressions for some in-ear monitors. Since the impression process is similar to hearing aids, the company I was buying from had them listed as a recommended place to get your impressions from. The first time was easy. In and out in a half-hour. Gentleman was very kind got us taken care of and we were on our way. In contrast, this time was a complete 180. I had an appointment for 3pm and I didn't get seated until 3:40pm. I was apologized to for the delay, but I had somewhere to be at 4pm. When I was helped, they didn't have any rooms available and had to do my impressions in the vision display section where there was no privacy. I didn't mind, because I just wanted to get my impressions done. She then asked what kind of material I needed for the impression or how extensive of an impression I needed. This frustrated me, as the company did not explain to me what I needed, as this was supposed to be a business that knows what they need. She eventually decided upon a material and method that should cover anything they would want. It did seem like a busy day, but it was no excuse that she almost injected the impression material into my first ear without putting in a cotton stopper. Thankfully, she had stopped herself beforehand and had to leave to go find them. This took a few more minutes. Then we got the impressions taken care of and she got them out. Then we went to the front desk to take care of the bill. While we were walking to the desk she tells me that it is $50 per impression and that since I did both ears that it would be $100. This shocked me quite a bit as they were a lot less the time previously. The "specialist" who worked with me then turned to the secretary (they were only 5 feet away from me) and started to tell her the least they could go (right in front of me, mind you). After she did that, she walked away without much to say (seemingly frustrated with me). I spoke to the secretary who was trying to be more understanding to me. Which I appreciated. I had her look up the previous receipt which showed the service being $65 less! I explained to her that I couldn't understand why it was so much more expensive and she tried to justify that it was something more specialized and that the gentleman I worked with previously, doesn't work there any longer and many more things to ideally justify the cost being more. She did say that they could do it for the bottom-line, $50 for both ears. It was still $15 more than previously, but at this point I just wanted to get out. It was overall, super disappointing.
