The friendly advice that I received from Robby and the staff (Robby’s wife and daughter) was exactly what I needed. I had previously purchased hearing aids from another provider, and the product Robby advised me to purchase (Widex Evoke) is a tremendous improvement over my previous hearing aids. As I told Robby, I feel like I have been let out of jail. Robby’s follow up appointments were much more attention than I expected. The short of it is that my hearing experience is at least 100% better than before. I will always return to Robby Young for hearing aid help.

Just moved to LaQuinta several weeks ago. One of my hearing aids stopped working. That event is major for me since I am significantly challenged and very deaf without my aids. Went on Oticon website and saw Robby Young’s Hearing. Walked in without an appointment and 10 minutes later I am hearing again. Great service. Gracious people. Robby cleaned the suntan lotion out of my mics and sent me on my way. No Charge! His wife, Susan, is hospitable and professional. This is a family business. They have earned my loyalty. I will return in the future.

My 87 year old mother had a fantastic experience when she went to Robby Young's Hearing Aid Center to purchase a new hearing aid. They treated her with respect and kindness. She can finally appreciate how good it is to be able to hear well again.. Highly recommend them!

I have been amazed with the Widex hearing Aids that I purchased from Robby Young. It was a pleasure to have someone be so dedicated to helping me hear. I ended up paying less for these Aids and can hear better that the ones that I originally had, which cost more. . Thanks Robby for letting me back to hearing again. BILL Bell

Wide selection of the latest technology available in hearing aids, great customer service and easy to work with when adjusting my hearing aids. Robby was also able to apply my insurance toward higher quality hearing aids that better fit my needs. Thanks!!
